On January 8th in Villanova the Wildcats beat the Blue Demons, 87-71, in conference play.

Villanova dominated DePaul in shooting and rebounding. The Wildcats shot 56%, while the Blue Demons struggled against a good defense to get to 38%. Villanova was critical under the basket and pulled down 45 big rebounds compared to only 23 for DePaul.
