In Louisville on January 25th the Wildcats were beaten by the Cardinals, 84-74, in Big East action.

Some notes about this matchup: On the road, the Wildcats aren't very good, but the Cardinals were in a slump and had lost 3 out of their last 5. A year ago, Villanova won 88-74. Going back four years, the Wildcats are 2-4 against the Cardinals including 0-1 at KFC Yum! Center.

Louisville had solid performances in assists and three pointers.
